Custom web application development · Belgium
Software shaped
around your workflow.
If your work involves repeated entries, scattered spreadsheets or manual document handling, a small web application may help. We start by understanding the process and choosing a useful first scope.
From business rules
to usable screens.
I am Loïc Delzenne, an independent consultant at Tribalbyte in Charleroi. My background in functional analysis, development and data helps connect what users need with how a tool should work.
A custom application is not always the right answer. We can compare an existing product, an improved spreadsheet, a simple automation and custom development before committing to a larger project.
- Internal business tools
Track tasks, records and statuses with less duplicate entry.
- Document workflows
Collect and organise information in an interface designed for the people using it.
- Dashboards and client areas
Show useful data and define who can access or change each part.
Build, review, then expand.
Understand the workflow
Describe users, rules, data, integrations and constraints. Choose a first feature with an observable benefit.
Test a prototype
Review screens and correct assumptions early. A prototype is an experiment, not a promise of production readiness.
Develop and validate
Check calculations, permissions and error cases. AI assistance can support development; review and responsibility stay with a person.
Plan operation
Discuss hosting, authentication, backups, secrets, logs and maintenance according to the actual scope.
Concrete experiments,
documented limits.
My receipt OCR prototype explores extracting structured data from photographs with arithmetic checks and human review. Personal web tools explore receipt collection and shopping lists.
These projects illustrate a working approach. They are not presented as applications already delivered to customers.

An independent professional may need one reliable workflow rather than a large platform. We can discuss a limited first version and decide what should follow.
Questions about your application
What determines the budget?
The users, roles, business rules, screens, integrations and operational requirements all affect the work. A quote should separate discovery, development and ongoing operation.
Will it work on mobile?
A web application can be designed for mobile browsers. Native iOS or Android applications published in app stores are a separate scope and are not implicitly included.
Can we work remotely?
Yes. Requirements sessions, demonstrations and feedback can be organised remotely, in English or French, across Belgium and France. Tribalbyte remains a Belgian company based in Charleroi.
A clear first step
Tell me what you need.
Describe your business, your users and what you want to improve. We can then discuss the scope, budget and next steps.
